The Hungarian Helicon Society of Toronto has become the first accredited exam site for Hungarian language exams in North America. The Centre for Foreign Languages, an affiliated institution of the Eotvos Lorand University of Budapest has been developing standardized testing of the Hungarian language in Hungary and abroad. The Hungarian government has officially recognized and accredited three levels of their tests. These can now be taken in Toronto under the auspices of the Helicon Society. The date of this year’s exam is April 26th.
