As part of the 50th anniversary celebrations and also to mark the 125th of Kodaly’s birth the Société Philharmonique de Montréal gave a special concert on April 6th 2007 at the Eglise Saint Jean Baptiste de Montréal. Place of honour on the programme was given to Kodaly’s Psalmus Hungaricus. Artistic Director of the Société Miklós Takács conducted the concert.
